For fast service or additional information, email us and provide a scanned photograph at 600 dpi in jpeg format. Also, the photograph should be detailed to show facial features, hair styling as well as eye pupils. Once the scanned photograph is received, Family Portraits Forever will provide a quotation within 24 hours.

 

If a scanned image cannot be provided, mail the insured photograph to Family Portraits Forever along with a self addressed envelope.

 

Packaging: Paintings are painted on stretched canvas, and the charcoal drawings are on high quality linen paper. Paintings and drawings are shipped rolled but without frames to reduce shipping costs.

 

Shipping: Portraits are shipped using  major US carriers. Handling, shipping and insurance charges are included in the price. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery after placing your order and approving the protrait. However, customer is encouraged to review the portrait for approval as soon as possible to allow time for reworking the portrait if needed and obtaining a second approval. Portraits going to local customers will be hand delivered.
